In October, 2015 I worked with Mackey Saturday on SeatGeek’s new visual identity. The project moved quickly and his studio wrapped up lead and completed the work. But it’s cool to see the little Smiling Seat live on in so many ways I could never have dreamed.

It’s been cool to see the mark applied to fidget spinners, wellness kits, and of course, a neon sign.

Early sketches involve references to Dropbox and Rdio’s mark simplicity.

In March, 2019 SeatGeek purchased naming rights to a soccer stadium in Chicago, formerly Toyota Park. More info available from the Chicago Tribune.
